Very nice article, makes a lot of since. Didn't have much of a problem trying to do the 3rd world squate, but I could feel it stretching out my lower back. I'm going to give it a try.

If you're talking about the center of your chest then I would try buterflies. I just started them with dumbells, used machine before bad idea, and believe me you will feel it the next day.
