mmmkay. I just didn't want to be redundant in my workouts if they were really close to each other in benefit. (I probably wouldn't do bar and dumbbell inclines in the same day).

Actually, drinking water lowers water retention. Water retention is caused by a poor sodium/potassium balance (too much sodium) and not enough water.



But yeah, you're definitely drinking too...
