One i'm having trouble with is #2. Is this to say that my bicep curls will be deemed useless in a few weeks? If so, how do i target my bi's????

How much do I eat?

I have only been working out for a couple of months, I've noticed some new muscle but want to cut back on the fat. I know you basically need to burn more calories than you take in but I'm not sure...
