on monday i go to a friends basement to bench. on...

on monday i go to a friends basement to bench. on wednesday we deadlift. that is all he has equipment for. tuesday, thursday and friday i go to a gym with alot more equipment.

it took me awhile to catch my breath after each...

it took me awhile to catch my breath after each set but i tried this before and only got seven the last set. had to get 10 all three sets.
