so your doing 10 sets, 3 days a week? Thats a hell of a lot more then you need to grow IMO.

Drop your rep ranges 5-8, drop your sets 6-8 per week, and up your wieghts. concentrate

Sounds to me like your overtraining them. if they are constantly sore, then they arent healing after you work them. Post what you actually do on each of those days, and we can look at it further.
