yeah I didnt realize that either, I wouldnt worry about the BCAA profile in a whey powder, it wont matter.

I thought we were talking in terms of something like Xtend.

Kane, the usual ratio I've seen is 2:1:1, but to be honest I dont think it matters that much. I havent seen any supps with 3:2:1 what ones are you looking at?
