take a break

its really bad for your kydneys when i take protine i take it for a month and then take a break for a month.............but maybe you shouold juts discontinue use of that powder

sounds like you kydneys are getin the crap kicked out of them.....if your piss is bright yellow or close to a yellow brown your tearin up your kydneys from to much protine....how long have youo been...
