Saying fish oil caps are not as effective as the one in a bottle is just like saying coke inside a 2 liter bottle is not as good as the one in a can. :D

I prefer the capsules, dont think I am a pussey cat or something, but fish oil doesnt taste very pleasant, let alone the fishy burps. :D

Or she can just buy the fish oil powder from bulk and use that, its cheaper than buying the oil in a bottle. :D Talking about cost effectiveness, saving 2 or 3 dollars per week doesnt do much for...
