Yes i was, also i dont think this is conected to superdrol. If anything I put it in an odd position while lifting, or just over lifting. Not quite sure how it would actually effect it...

Umm I really think I messed something up. I have been lifting hard for a few weeks. I somehow injured my sholder, I think it was by inclining. The problem is I thought I was just sleeping on it...
