This worked for me

I lift for about 45 minutes, and followed up with 20 to 30 minutes of medium intensity cardio.

Count your calories and eat lean.

You might as well start losing fat first, the first few months of working out it should fly off. Do some moderate cardio, combined with light weights. Focus on perfecting your form for when you want...
