LOL yeah I feel you on that one. I try to remember everything when I hit the gym, but sometimes I have to lug around a journal with me to remember. :biglaugh: Always a pain in the ass for me.

Tempo????
I've been reading up on different training programs, mostly some of Chad Waterbury's. In them he sets a "tempo" such as 30x0 etc. I'm trying to figure out what he means by this. Can anyone help me...
