Im new to powerlifting but yesterday i got 300...

Im new to powerlifting but yesterday i got 300 for 4 reps on the 2 board press. I could of got more but the dam board hit me in the chin, i had no one to hold the board for me. Thats a lesson...

Ive been messing around in the gym the last few weeks
I benched 325 for a max 1
deadlifting 425 for a max 1 could of got another but i didnt want to over do it
Not to bad im weighing in at 177...
