You should not have to work out more then 1hr per day at 4 or 5 days a week. If you overtrain you will lose muscle. I didn't know you were 300+ lbs. I would go on a maintenance diet for a while and...

You could be in the very rare catagorie of a non responder to creatine but CEE should do it for you.
