I could be wrong, but I doubt it's his form if he has lifted since 19. Could be wrong though, sound like age.

I'm 37 and I get some of that, sounds like aging. Joint supps ara definite must. Glucosamine / Chondroitin / MSM and agood omega 3 fish oil always help me.
