Yeah you are right that I should do more research on it.
But it is a creatine from Six Star it is a fruit punch almost kinda like cool aid mix you have to mix it and mix it to make the crystals...

Need advice

I have taken creatine mono (6-star) after each work out also with the 100% whey protein (GNC) mixed with milk.
I found the creatine wickid sweet. O_o.
I thought my insulin level skidded way outta...
