not professionally... mostly just training with friends.. I've done point sparring back in the day.... I miss getting down and dirty. I'm going to see two schools this weekend. one's a MMA specific...

Strength-Endurance training
ok I've been thinking of something new to try and when searching on the net, I came across Strength-Endurance training. reading more into it, it almost seemed like AGVT.. just with a shorter rest...
