You'll be stronger... Just find you 5RM and start increasing the weight by 5-10lbs. each week, NOT each workout, and make sure that you can do all the reps and set before increasing.

I would do 1) hanging snatch 2) military...

I would do
1) hanging snatch
2) military press
3) overhead squat
4) deads

you don't want your shoulders to be burnt out before you do snatches since it's such a dynamic movement.

Could you post the actual link to what you were reading? Also, I would put in Snatches and maybe a third workout, using High Pulls and snatches or even a Dumbell snatch, but the two workouts look ok....
