1) I thought for protein it was suppose to be 1.5 to 2 times your body weight.
2) If this is already down some where and I missed it, I'm sorry. What are you doing for fat?

This looks like a standard cut diet +3.. I like the principals, they are solid and understandable. I cant' wait to see how this turns out... makes me want to start cutting now..
