you are doing too much cardio and not changing it up. Read up on HIIT and for 1 week I would only do 30 mins of HIIT 5 days a week. This will shock your system and maybe get you to burn more cals....

Well, legs workouts two days in a row on top of cardio seems to be overkill. Do you just do cardio at a constant pace or do you do any HIIT work? Also, what's your diet look like?

Also, think of it like this, at least the weight IS coming off. So you're already doing good. It's not like your doing things...
