I wouldn't stress about one ice cream sandwich. Sometimes it's good for the body and mind ( like monsta said) to indulge in a sweet treat.

You prob burnt off the calories in your sleep anyway.

Can't wait to see how this works for you. I'm wondering why do the e/c stack instead of clen during this ? Clen for your PCT is that better ?
