Sure it's ok . but it only has 36g , so you might want to take two scoops. That means it will only last you for 25 workouts.

Where that 10lb jug of Malto/dextrine will last you alot longer for...

That stuff has Maltodextrin and dextrose in it ( along with other stuff ). I think it should be good enough. It's all I take.

If you buy them together , then you get them...

If you buy them together , then you get them together in one scoop. Amounts of one or another ..... Not sure. it says 50g per scoop.
