This is what I would do if I was going to bulk - 50% protein and fat and the other 50% carbs.
So Eat lots of red meat !!! :)

I take one serving in the morning right when I get up with the rest of my pills and then I take one more serving after I workout....
Serving size is 3-5g

Don't worry about supplements just increase your...
Don't worry about supplements just increase your food ( total cals )
Start with 2900 cals and go up from there. .
If you really want supplements go with
Protein powder
Creatine ( mono )...
