did militarys, shoulder exercises at gold's, forearm squeezes, and curled a 50 lb. barbell a few times. came back home to do incline, decline and regular benching, now... some triceps.

didn't do much today... hoping to go big on wednesday since i got a half day from school. i did some reps of benching, even though i did 4 sets of 20 lbs. with 110 yesterday on the bench......
