This is partially true, yes. There's also a bunch of dips/calisthenics/climbs and so on that really emphasize core strength. Either way it's a good thing to have IMO

That's what I try to do, it works to an extent, but campus food is, well, campus food... My metabolism is in question right now, it seems like it is extremely low, given my inability to cut this fat...

My problem is finding enough decent food on campus (check my other thread), there's a lot of high carb garbage, everything else is slathered in butter and cream and not much is very good bulking...

I'm a 20 year old guy, 152lb 70" tall, my body fat is somewhere around 12-13%, maybe a bit lower. I'm aiming to get it down to 7% or so and begin a bulk phase
