bench 265 to 315
squat 300 to 350
deadlift 315 to 365
that means that my current bench is 265 1 rep, squat 300... lol

i am age 16 5-11 164lb bf 5% and am turning turning 17 oct 5. all goals are to be done by my birthday(in about 7 months).
bench 265 to 315
squat 300 to 350
deadlift 315 to 365
pullups 23 to 35...
