I started my new routine today and felt GREAT!! But I was wondering about my session. Chest wise I am only doing incline press. Isn't that just gonna work out the upper part...

I feel my arms are a little unproportional with my chest and legs. Would it be possible for me to do 2 work outs for my bis and tris instead of just 1 per upper body...

I suppose I can try this for a week or so and see if I like it, but I haven't even heard of half the lifts the guy talks about in his article. And the lifts you mentioned I just don't see by doing...

I've been working wbout 5 days a week for about 5 or 6 months and now thinking about stepping it up to 6. How should I seperate my muscle groups to get 6 days a week?
