Way off, the milk thistle, saw palmetto, hawthorn berry don't need to be preloaded, but it may be a good idea if you are prone to the possible side effects. 1 week should do it for preloading. ...

I came up with oral contraceptives, such as ortho tri-cyclen. My wife use to take it with no bad side effects. I'm not sure what it would do to a male, but why are you against it?
