i feel that i've made progress but that its rate has slowed down. Sorry for not answering i haven't had time lately to come on the website.

my starting weight was 150 lbs and i'm 6'1.

my goal yes would be to get my shoulders to grow, i haven't had any growth in that area and am slightly dissapointed and would like to gain more mass. I guess you gave me the answer i was looking for...

well at the moment i'm doing the Bill Starr Power...

well at the moment i'm doing the Bill Starr Power routine. I'm benching 195 at the moment and would like to reach 245, that's my present goal. Is there any more info you would be needing ?

Upper body workout

Hey guys, i've got one small problem, my legs are growing well and they seem to accept more weight well, but my upper body not so much. My shoulders are somewhat small and so are my arms, my triceps...
