Farmer's walks are nothing more than taking a pair of heavy as you can handle dumbbells and walking with them. I prefer to use my wrist wraps, grab them, and walk over to a secluded part of the gym....

Do you use an over-under grip or a double overhand? Over-under is pretty easy to use without straps, but the double needs a 'hook grip' to continue without straps.

Good points everyone. I remember it took me an entire week divided into only 2 workouts. But, if you're running single factor 5x5, then you're still in great shape. Just drop those weights down...
