Guaranteed that it's the last exercise he does for chest. I could see him doing that last for about 20 reps or so with super strict from. :eek:

For sure! There's no way I could use the 110's or 120's to do it because I'd barely be able to even clear my head! After I got up to the 80's and 90's, I had to quit doing them altogether. ;)

Pullovers are a good exercise for beginners. But, once you start to get really heavy, it's not practical. The dumbbells are way to long to execute with near perfect form.
