Wow! You know, every website I go to has a ton of info saying HIT is irrational and suboptimal. Alot of this info was from scientific websites such as Hypertrophy-specific. Some of my favorites...

Wow, I did all this work and that's my response. That falls in line with an estimated 50% of HIT trainer's not knowing what they are teaching. The dark side of the force is weak in this one. :D
