30 degrees of an incline will barely work your delts more than your flat bench would. You're not saying flat bench is better for upper pecs, right? The EMG machine is accurate IMO. ;)

30 degree incline presses are the best. Dumbbells should be your first choice. Check past posts by myself regarding this matter. ie. big pecs, EMG results.
