you could also try taking it with a supp that is more alkaline... when i take my ALCAR i usually take an equal dose of potassium citrate. helps normalize the PH and really reduces any intestinal...

i'd cut the dose back and try taking it after you...

i'd cut the dose back and try taking it after you eat. should help slow digestion and aleviate some of the rough gut problems
