well, i completely carb depleted to see how much was water and how much was real.

so measureing from my starting point of 206 (carrying normal water) to a depleted state at 212 it looks like...

i'll say.. .had legs today. strength is WAY WAY up, i had the leg press fully loaded doing slow steady reps like it was empty. by the time i finihsed up my quads were so pumped i could barely squat...
