i have a "1cup" scoop that i use to measure...

i have a "1cup" scoop that i use to measure protein powder into my shake. i use 10oz of water and usually flavor it with 2 packs of fat free hot chocolate mix. its not even as thick as drinking milk....

my PWO shake alone has 100-125g protein and its not going into the toilet...

+ i eat another meal about an hour after that. while consuming another 100g+ worth of protein in milk... this 40g bs...
