Ideal kick start to the morning!

1 kiwi fruit
95g of uncooked oats
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of blue berries
1 scoop of whey protien powder
1 cup of milk
3 ice cubes

Put all in blender and drink mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
