I think you're confusing a cheat day & a carb up (or refeed). They're two different animals. I think you were doing a refeed; not a cheat day. Correct me if I'm wrong. The refeed is a necessary...

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. High GI is the way to go unless you're doing a 24 hr thing, I think. The leaner you get, the more frequently you'll need to carb up. A lot of people do...
