Good work...it's great to see that you prepared and executed well at the meet. You should put up some stellar numbers at worlds. Are you thinking about cutting to 220 for that meet?

Cool. Part of it probably has to do with comfort level. If you have a low intensity workout and squat a couple of inches below parallel, then it will make hitting parallel a lot easier the next...

I typically use gainer that has a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio of carbs to protein. Same thing, marketed differently.

Have you used an Apex shirt before? I don't know...anything about them. Or bench shirts...
