You switching exercises or sets/reps? Dropping...
You switching exercises or sets/reps? Dropping the weight and adding a 3rd set from time to time has helped me when the arm exercises go south

Another vote for cardio sucks. Easy cardio is fun, winning races is fun... getting there sure isn't! I long for easy fatloss-specific cardio :spam:
