How old are you ? If you do not have the correct strict diet in your routine plus from your pictures I wouldnt say your ready for any form of steroids ! eat right ... bulk up ... maybe a few...

I will also have to agree with these last few posts !! First off ... General doctors know nothing about good nutrition ... best they can do is advise on Vitamins ! They do not know anything...
