Mojo I am pretty blessed and dont have to do to...

Mojo I am pretty blessed and dont have to do to much cardio so lets say 2 mornings/week I will do a fasted state jog for 30 mins...If I am feeling froggy I will do an incline walk@4mph for 15 mins...
