eating that much is everyday...you can do some...
eating that much is everyday...you can do some cardio on off days...and weekends...i'd say 3 days of hiit...

ditch the "body parts" routine....and concentrate...
ditch the "body parts" routine....and concentrate on big movements.
deadlifts, squats, rows, bench, and military press.
