i won't go that hardcore...i'll eat it the same day i make it...just wondering if throwing it in the fridge in some tupperware and then nuking it would be ok. :)

how well does salmon store after cooking? some of the filets i have aren't exactly 8 oz. so to be more efficient i'm gonna have to make more than one at a time :) do you just warm it in the micro?
