same here...mine goes down into my bicep/tricep...

my doc didn't think it was a big deal....until 2 months later when the pain got worse and i asked for an mri...

go to the doctor and have him do some tests on you. usually if you can't raise your arm over your head that's a good indicator something is wrong with your RC. and he might send you to get an mri. ...
