read the HIIT sticky in the fatloss forum...if you're trying to bulk up...may want to try that...instead of an hour of straight cardio :) it's supposed to burn fat...but leave muscle on...i do it...

for bulking up you're probably looking around 3500-4000 calories with your activity level...if it were me, i would leave your cardio for off days...and/or weekends...that's alot to do in one day.
