I was over training, for sure, just pounding away at every muscle group for exp: chest day, flat bench, incline, decline, db press, db flys, and machine flys....for four sets----i spent loads of time...

Example: if i was doing 315 on Deads at 5x5 switch it...

Hey, i just finished up DFT 5x5 it was awesome! great results, boosted my bench (all of these are counting the full 5x5 sets completed with that weight) from a 195 5x5 to 235, my squat from 205 5x5...
