Yes I know. It's the same idea, the functional part just basically means the exercises that are picked and put into a workout are basically put together with more life application, or functionality...

Anyone do any functional power training?

I just got a book on power training by mens health. It's suppost to be a more functional workout for more strength that can be used doing day to day stuff, and more compound vs isolated exercises....
