Good point, M! Different traits. I've never really thought about it that way, aside from the actual, set body types (ecto, endo, etc) I've done some deads on the trap machine, too, fun stuff!!

How can you tell if you have the infamous 'good genes' (other than being really responsive to weight training)? My friend, who is a BBer, said I seem to have good genes, judging by the my body...
