I did the DC method for a while after 0311 initially suggested them and I did get a spurt of growth. That plateaued after a while...

Well, he's really only hitting the gastrocs with 7 sets. They are barely going to notice the seated raises, IMO.

However, I miscounted the sets and I agree that's probably more than necassary....
