Anuj I don't understand what you're doing here. You ended up at 155 lbs barbell squat for 10 reps. That should be your predetermined max at 10 reps or a little beyond. Now at 3x5 you're doing 176 lbs...

I agree you can probably run the 5's for 3 or 4 weeks before you stop progressing. I think after that instead of worring with drop sets or negatives you'd be better served by taking that same weight...

Why don't you cut out the preworkout cardio? You're doing 15 reps...also your pre/post workout nutrition, imo, sucks. You'd probably feel less tired if you gave your body a leg up in recovery.
